General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

airport-vienna-taxi-online.at provides services based on the following General Terms and Conditions, service descriptions, and price lists.
Differing terms and conditions do not apply, even if airport-vienna-taxi-online.at does not expressly object to them.
Deviations require express written approval. A contract is only concluded if it is confirmed by airport-vienna-taxi-online.at.

2. Scope of services

Der Leistungsumfang bestimmt sich ausschließlich nach der schriftlichen oder telefonischen Auftragsbestätigung von flughafentaxi-wien-online.at
Angaben in Preislisten und ähnlichen Informationsquellen sind nur verbindlich, wenn ausdrücklich auf sie Bezug genommen wird.

Die Beförderung erfolgt gemäß den Vorschriften der StVO und des PbefG. Fahrgäste haben sich an die Weisungen von flughafentaxi-wien-online.at und dessen Chauffeuren zu halten.
Bei Zuwiderhandlungen oder Gefährdung der Verkehrssicherheit ist airport-vienna-taxi-online.at berechtigt, die Beförderung zu verweigern.
In diesem Fall wird der volle Fahrpreis einschließlich Fix- oder Kilometerpreis sowie aller Nebenleistungen berechnet.

3. Airport transfer

Jede Änderung der vereinbarten Abholzeit ist flughafentaxi-wien-online.at unverzüglich mitzuteilen. Schäden durch verspätete Mitteilung gehen zu Lasten des Kunden.

The chauffeur will be ready at the airport meeting point (or the agreed meeting point) at the agreed time with a name tag or company logo and will wait until 15 Minuten kostenlos.
Nach Ablauf dieser Zeit gilt die Leistung als erbracht und der volle Fahrpreis wird fällig.

Zusätzliche Wartezeiten werden gemäß Preisliste berechnet.

4. Prices

All prices include statutory VAT.
The prices valid on the day of booking confirmation apply.
Flat-rate prices not listed in the price list can be agreed upon individually and are only valid for the booked travel date.

Mehrkosten durch Verzögerungen gehen zu Lasten des Kunden, sofern diese nicht von flughafentaxi-wien-online.at verschuldet sind.
Der Fahrpreis beinhaltet die Personenbeförderung mit normalem Gepäck.
Die Mitnahme sperriger Güter bedarf einer gesonderten Vereinbarung.

5. Payment terms

Outstanding amounts must be paid either immediately in cash, by credit card to the driver, or by invoice.
For credit card payments, an additional fee of 10% of the fare will be charged.

Payments are always used to settle the oldest outstanding debt.
In the event of late payment, 5% default interest and €10 reminder fee will be charged for each additional reminder.
The customer reserves the right to prove that the damage is less.

6. Cancellations and withdrawal

Cancellations must be made in writing or by telephone. The time of receipt by airport-vienna-taxi-online.at is decisive.

  • Up to 24 hours before departure: free of charge

  • Up to 3 hours: 80% of the basic price

  • Bis 3 Stunden: 80 % des Grundpreises

  • Late or no-show: 100% of the base price

Expenses already incurred will be charged regardless of the cancellation time.
The customer can prove that no or lesser damage has occurred.

flughafentaxi-wien-online.at behält sich den Rücktritt vor, wenn der Kunde in Zahlungsverzug gerät, Insolvenz anmeldet oder Anzeichen für missbräuchliche Nutzung bestehen.

7. Customer’s obligations and liability

The customer is obliged to notify us immediately of any changes to his data (name, address, bank details).
He must correctly provide all information relevant to the trip.

The customer undertakes – also on behalf of the passengers –

  • not to hinder the service,

  • not to cause any damage,

  • not to violate any criminal law provisions,

  • to comply with the smoking ban in the vehicle,

  • and pay the agreed fare.

8. Liability of airport-vienna-taxi-online.at

airport-vienna-taxi-online.at is only liable in cases of intent, gross negligence or culpable breach of essential contractual obligations.
Liability for injury to life, body or health is governed by statutory provisions.

In case of property damage, liability is limited to € 500 pro Fahrgast begrenzt.
There is statutory liability insurance for the vehicles.

flughafentaxi-wien-online.at haftet nicht für Terminversäumnisse infolge von:

  • Traffic jams, roadblocks,

  • Vehicle breakdowns or accidents,

  • bad weather.

No liability is assumed for incorrect data transmission by the customer.

9. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

For all legal relationships, the following applies exclusively österreichisches Recht.
Place of jurisdiction and performance is Wien.

10. Partial invalidity

Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
The invalid clauses shall be replaced by the statutory provisions.
